Traveling with a baby, a dog, or a group that loves game night? We are adding a short list of extras that we set up in the home before you arrive, so you can pack lighter and settle in faster.

This winter

WinterTravel Light BabyBaby essentials prepared for your arrival: a Pack ’n Play, high chair, baby tub, sound machine, changing pad and baby dishes. Loaned for your stay and collected after checkout. Limited sets, so ask early.
WinterTravel Light Baby DeluxeEverything in Travel Light Baby plus a baby monitor, blackout curtain, gate, booster seat and a toy basket, confirmed to suit your family and the home. Limited sets, so ask early.
WinterPup’s on Vacation TooA warm welcome for your dog: a cozy bed, food and water bowls, towel, waste bags, a sealed treat pack, a new toy and a personalized card. For pet friendly homes; it does not replace the home’s pet policy or fee.
WinterFamily FunGames and snacks for an easy family night: giant Jenga, UNO, cards, family games, trivia, popcorn, hot cocoa and snacks.
WinterRoses, Chocolates and a CardA dozen fresh roses, a box of chocolates and a card with your personal message, ready when you arrive. Rose color depends on availability.
WinterBoot and Glove DryerA reusable dryer for wet boots and gloves after a day at Wolf Creek or in the snow, delivered for your stay and collected after checkout. A limited number of units.

Summer 2027

SummerOutdoor AdventureA ready-to-play outdoor kit for homes with a yard: cornhole, a frisbee, a football, a picnic blanket, a cooler and another lawn game. Loaned for your stay.

Can I order these now?

Not yet. We are getting everything ready so it arrives right. Message or call the office at (970) 731-1485, or email propertymanagement@simplyhome.us, and tell us which extras interest you. We will let you know as soon as they are available.

How much will they cost?

We will publish clear prices when each extra launches. Flat extras will not be priced per night or per guest.

Will these work for every home and every stay?

Some extras depend on the home (for example, pet friendly homes for the dog kit, or a yard for the outdoor kit) and on availability. Very long stays may need a quick conversation first. Everything is subject to availability.

Is this on top of the pet fee and taxes?

Yes. Extras are separate from a home’s rent, fees and pet policy. Any applicable taxes will be shown before you pay.
