My family and I spent our Christmas holiday here. It was spacious and had everything we needed to cook our holiday dinner. Washer & dryer in place which was very nice. Garage was also a positive.

Very cute and welcoming space that is close to town. The hosts were super responsive and helpful the whole stay. Great location to stay with the family to do activities in Pagosa Springs and to ski! We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay but had to leave a day early due to increased projected flooding. I contacted the host by number provided and no response at all . That was disappointing.

Great place to stay for a quick weekend. Backs up to the golf course which was nice to walk in the morning with our dogs. Had everything we needed and the single car garage was a plus. The internet didn’t work on the tvs to cast a show but we didn’t spend much time using them.

This is definitely a home away from home! Everything went so smoothly and we felt like we were just coming back home after a long drive. Everything you could possibly need while on vacation is available. As pet owners it was so nice to have things for our fur babies as well. I will book here everytime I go back to Pagosa Springs. Highly recommend

Lovely home located in a nice location with a short drive close to the downtown area. Easy check in. Perfect for travelers with pets, as water/food dishes provided giving a welcoming feeling. Enclosed big porch was a wonderful way to start the morning with a cup of coffee while enjoying the mountains, trees, and quiet. Very nice layout of the house with all bedrooms upstairs, nice big kitchen and comfortable living room down stairs. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. We had an amazing stay. Thank you.

We brought our two malamutes with us to view the leaves in the Durango/Ouray/Silverton areas - and to play in the hot springs. The house was marvelous for us and the dogs - they simply loved the deck!

This property was perfect for my husband and adult daughter and myself. It was close to town and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay away from home. Our favorite place was on the back deck with the pups enjoying the fresh mountain air!!
