Golf Course Retreat

This house was amazing. 7 of us college students visiting from New Mexico for spring break. The photos of the house don’t capture its real beauty. There was more than enough room , location is close to everything and it was the perfect most peaceful get away. I hope to come back someday !

5 STAR HOME IN FEBRUARY 2026! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It was comfortable, roomy, beautiful, & CLEAN, for the 8 of us! Here’s what you need to know before you go: 1-you’ll have to wait at least an hour for hot water if there’s more than 3 people needing a shower. **There are 4 shower heads for 1 water heater. 🥰the beds slept great-also very good water pressure!!! The 2 laundry rooms were such a blessing!! Laundry soap is provided. 2-If you’re planning on cooking-bring a large skillet and a tea pitcher (we’re Texans and we drink a lot of tea). **Don’t plan on using the grill, it needs maintenance. There are spices for you👍🏼 3-Be careful when you sit in the upstairs dining chairs—they cannot hold you sitting back. If you come knowing these minor details—you’re stay will be beautiful and seamless! It’s an awesome place—period. We loved it

We had a wonderful Christmas with family at this wonderful house. Everyone had plenty of room. Great view and mountain vibes. Kitchen was well stocked, house was nice and warm. Lots of towels! Location was wonderful, close to town.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway! There was plenty of space and the view was gorgeous. Every morning we woke up to hot air balloons on the golf course. If we venture back to Pagosa Springs, this will be the first place we look for.

Great stay. A little away from downtown but close to a lot of other things. Steps were icy when we arrived but that's to be expected in Pagosa, so just make sure to shovel and use the ice melter they provide and you will be fine. Good kitchen and space for a crowd.

The children played for hours in the snow, the home is close to everything. And the host was very responsive to our questions. The biggest memory will be the hot air balloons each morning off of the back deck and watching the wildlife out the back window. I highly recommend this home.

Fantastic location, and a great space for hosting groups. Be sure to note, this home does not have A/C. Not at all a deal-breaker for us - but something travelers should be aware of and be prepared to manage accordingly. No big deal for most of the year, but it can make for some warm evenings in July/August waiting for the sun to go down. We enjoyed our stay in Pagosa and Malicia's home fit all of our needs and most of our wants.
