My friends and I spent the weekend at this lovely home. The experience was 10/10!! Not only was it a beautiful home with wonderful views but anytime we needed anything or had questions the response time was almost immediate. We can't wait to return!!

Place was very beautiful, great area, super clean and organized. Pictures are exactly what your getting, but host did not respond to an issue I had with the jacuzzi which was not working or the fireplace. Everything has instructions except the two main things, jacuzzi and fireplace. Was alittle disappointed on both of these but my time inside the cabin was very limited since we were out and about. And the lock on the door needed batteries replaced, one night while going out we left the door unlocked because we didn’t know if it wouldn’t work when we came back. We loved the morning because of all the windows but hated the night because of all the windows. Wish there would have been more privacy in the bedrooms.

So we really loved this house and the place where it was located the view was beautiful. Love the town had a good time except for the fact that when we were there, was an unprecedented flooding that hasn’t happened since 1927. Interesting to see mother nature work though. The only reason I gave this three stars on a couple of levels is because the mattresses in both bedrooms are so uncomfortable. We literally ended up going to Walmart and buying a 4 inch cooling gel mattress topper for $160 to be able to even sleep and on top of that, both of the bedrooms that we tried sleeping in the master upstairs and the one downstairs only have window coverings on part of the windows, so the light streams in at the crack of dawn. Our biggest thing when we go on vacation is to try and get some rest, we work doubles and 13 hour days through the week so for us having a four-day vacation where we can at least sleep in even until nine would’ve been nice and it wasn’t possible. Hope it gets fixed!

Beautiful location with lovely views of the lake. Quiet and comfortable. We love to cook, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Quick response with any questions/concerns. Highly recommend.

The house is beautiful! Very spacious, great views in a peaceful neighborhood. Hung out with the deer in the backyard, looking at the lake. Everything you need is available and labeled. The kitchen is very comfortable, the dish-ware is pretty! Wonderful home! Truly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful town of Pagosa and all of its majestic scenery.

For our needs, this home worked out perfectly. The location was near friends we were visiting. The lakeside patio was peaceful and relaxing. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the golf course. The home was decorated as a lake cabin should be and we enjoyed all the knickknacks. The owner has everything well labeled so hard to not figure things out. Only suggestion…wine glasses. 😉

Great cabin! Clean and the area felt safe. We had a great time and would stay there again! Did get a little hot and took a while to cool down at night, but we did appreciate the fans.

This lake front home was at a great location near the golf course and close to town. Overall it suited our needs and met expectations, a perfect spot for our family with young kids. Grill worked well, wifi was good, and amenities were as promised. A few minor issues led us to do four stars: deck was was a bit shakey and in need of new paint, cobwebs were extreme on exterior, no kitchen condements/spices available, small living room tv, dated carpet throughout, and no garage access.

We left the property 15 minutes after entering. The carpets were stained, it was very hot and not clear at all in the property description that there is no AC. Plus the house itself was much smaller than the wide-angle photos showed. The outside of the house is very pretty and its location, just super overpriced for small rooms and outdoor deck, hot without even functioning house fan and stained carpets. Lots of great options in Pagosa Springs, I suggest looking at other places before paying a hefty price for a very mediocre place at best.

Beautiful spot for a vacation in Pagosa Springs! The lake view is lovely from most of the house, and there’s a large deck in which to enjoy the view outside. We really enjoyed our time at the house. It was comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. The house gets warm in the summer but we used the provided fans and that cooled us down. I’d say the only slight negative was that the internet went down about a day into our stay and it took some time to have someone come out to reset it, but other than this small inconvenience everything was perfect!
