Lake Tranquility | Pagosa Hot Tub 3BR Townhome

Place was fantastic, hot tub was also amazing. Loved staying here. Looked like the kitchen and one of the bathrooms got missed in the cleaning but I wasn’t too worried about it. Would definitely stay here again.

Pagosa is beautiful but this air bnb was unreal, it’s right off the lake and the views are amazing !!! Would definitely booked again at this place ❤️❤️

I really enjoyed staying at this place. Only thing I would add is that there is no air-conditioning unit. There are additional fans and a portable AC unit in one of the upstairs office rooms. I would also like to note that this is in a cooler environment up in the mountains, but it is still a factor to consider. There were also additional fans which did help. Overall enjoyed staying here. The pictures are very accurate. Did not have any issues getting in to the Airbnb unit. There’s plenty of parking. Overall good stay and would recommend it.

The space was clean and thoughtfully designed, blending a modern mid-century aesthetic with a cozy log-cabin feel. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and the activities happening throughout Pagosa Springs. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We loved our stay here! The location is excellent - right off the lake in a beautiful suburban neighborhood. Everything in Pagosa Springs is close, so you're never more than a 12 min ride away from any store, restaurant, or experience. The house was extremely clean and well taken care of, was fully stocked with amenities, had an excellent kitchen, and made a perfect getaway for 2 couples. The only issue we encountered during our stay was that the listing advertised an evaporative cooler, but there wasn’t one at the property. When I brought this up to the owner, they immediately said they would bring over an A/C unit to the condo and did so promptly. We'd highly recommend staying here in the summer and had a lovely time.

The condo is next to a lake so we could sit outside and watch the geese swimming and people fishing. We walked around the lake and saw a bunch of deer...including a few just a few feet from our patio. Condo was clean, area was quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again.

This home was very beautiful, and peaceful. We had a wonderful time in the hot tub watching the stars. The inside was cozy. After being out all day we enjoyed just being able to relax and watch some tv or read. The tranquility was very much needed and we appreciate the visit we had. Great stay! Everything was pleasant Very clean and had more than enough amenities Missed out on hot tub first night because it wasn’t operable but service tech fixed early next day, we were only able to use it one day of stay. Will recommend to friends!

Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Great spot for our family of 6. Kids loved the hot tub and the under stairs nook. Kitchen had cooking oil and foil (rare in AirBnBs) which made cooking meals easier. Bit of a drive into town (road work) but peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Was great to bring our furry “kid” along too!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We thought it looked cozy and comfortable online and it did not disappoint. It was well stocked with everything we needed, clean, was in an excellent location and we enjoyed our morning and evening walks around the lake. It was very pet friendly and people friendly too. This home was stocked with all the necessities for cooking meals every day. They had all kinds of pots, pans, and baking sheets. There were some spices too! Lots of clean towels. We only used one bed in the loft area, and it was very comfortable. The living room sofa was very comfortable too. The location was perfect with a nice view of the lake, very tranquil but so close to town. We also spent a day snowboarding, and coming back to a hot tub was icing on the cake. I highly recommend!
