Hot Tub-Tranquility near the Lake

The condo is next to a lake so we could sit outside and watch the geese swimming and people fishing. We walked around the lake and saw a bunch of deer...including a few just a few feet from our patio. Condo was clean, area was quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again.

This home was very beautiful, and peaceful. We had a wonderful time in the hot tub watching the stars. The inside was cozy. After being out all day we enjoyed just being able to relax and watch some tv or read. The tranquility was very much needed and we appreciate the visit we had. The place is as described and as in the pictures. I only wish we knew about the major road construction in town that we had to drive through.

Great stay! Everything was pleasant Very clean and had more than enough amenities Missed out on hot tub first night because it wasn’t operable but service tech fixed early next day, we were only able to use it one day of stay. Will recommend to friends!

Spacious, clean, and well stocked. Great spot for our family of 6. Kids loved the hot tub and the under stairs nook. Kitchen had cooking oil and foil (rare in AirBnBs) which made cooking meals easier. Bit of a drive into town (road work) but peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Was great to bring our furry “kid” along too!

This place was comfortable for our ski trip. The hot tub was a great amenity. The in-town Pagosa springs amenities were nearby. Would rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We thought it looked cozy and comfortable online and it did not disappoint. It was well stocked with everything we needed, clean, was in an excellent location and we enjoyed our morning and evening walks around the lake. It was very pet friendly and people friendly too. We would definitely stay there again!

This home was stocked with all the necessities for cooking meals every day. They had all kinds of pots, pans, and baking sheets. There were some spices too! Lots of clean towels. We only used one bed in the loft area, and it was very comfortable. The living room sofa was very comfortable too. The location was perfect with a nice view of the lake, very tranquil but so close to town. We also spent a day snowboarding, and coming back to a hot tub was icing on the cake. I highly recommend!
