Riverfront Bliss in Pagosa Springs

Place was amazing. Perfect outdoor seating to enjoy the river. Place is everything we wanted in a relaxed vacation. Hot tub was a great addition at end of day. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. Just a great experience overall. When we come back to pagosa-I think we found our spot to stay!!!!

We LOVED our stay!! It was even more spacious and serene than described. The kitchen was so well stocked, and the beds and linens were so comfortable that I even tried looking for a label so I could buy them myself haha. The back porch was amazing in the mornings with hot coffee and the sound of the river. Our kids (7, 5, 3 and 1) spent all day throwing rocks and playing in the water. They never wanted to leave! It truly is the best "I want to relax around my house while my kids can play" vacation home. Early June weather was perfect for cooler nights to cool off the home. The late afternoon got a little warm with the sun through the back windows, so we tried to avoid using the oven most evenings. But then it would cool off perfectly for the hot tub as soon as the sun went down. Could not recommend enough!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely house right on the river. Well built, clean and has everything you need. Hot tub is great, host were kind and helpful. The neighborhood was a little busy but hardly noticed it and felt peaceful.

This home is beautiful and the perfect size for a small family. The neighborhood is quiet and has the most amazing view of the river bank in a very convenient part of the neighborhood. The kitchen is very well equipped as well as all bathrooms and towels. Very cllean and so nice for our small tiny Dog to stay with us.

We had a wonderful stay! The rental was very clean and well maintained. The wrap-around porch was our favorite part — it had beautiful views of the creek and was such a peaceful place to relax. The home was also very well stocked with all the supplies we needed, which made our stay comfortable and easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. We love staying in this area because it’s between town and wolf creek. The hot tub and huge patio area overlooking the river are a highlight. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a second refrigerator in the garage. The only thing I think would be nice in this house is a bigger tv over the fireplace. We love the house, had great communication with the owner, and I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was spotless and well decorated. We had plenty of extra towels and kitchen equipment. We enjoyed evening in the hot tub with a beautiful view and plenty of star gazing. Great location to downtown and wolf creek ski area

We stayed here for a family ski trip. The location is great. It was easy to get to Pagosa Springs and Wolf Creek ski resort. This place is spacious, clean, and has beautiful views. It’s in a nice neighborhood. It’s one of the most well-stocked homes of any I’ve stayed in. They provided a lot of extras too - toiletries, garbage bags. That was really nice. Beds were comfortable. The heat worked great and being able to park in the garage was a plus for us. We loved the hot tub after skiing all day. I would recommend this home to anyone. The hosts were great.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed the home was. The home itself felt like a home away from home. The furnishings are stylish but practical, and there are so many little touches that made my stay extra special. I especially loved relaxing in the cozy living area after a day of exploring — it was the perfect spot to unwind. One of the standout features was the location. This is an absolutely new house. Everything inside is brand new and very clean, with no foreign odors. The house is truly located right on the riverbank. It is a very quiet place — we only saw a couple of people during our stay, and even deer walking through the property. At the same time, the house is conveniently close to the road. We will definitely come back.
