The River’s Edge Retreat

The home was great to us. Very clean, well furnished, good bed we couldn’t have asked better for us. Definitely on our list to return. Simply was great , checked on us couple of times everything went very well.

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The place was very spacious. More room than we needed. Can definitely accommodate a bigger group easily. The host was very responsive and easy to contact with an inquiries. We would love to stay here again next time we are in town!

TLDR: Well presented home, communicative host, small issue but easily fixed. Would recommend to stay. The host always responded and helped with different things throughout the stay. The house was as presented and the area was a good area to go for runs. The only struggle was getting into the building, the code sent was incorrect, but it was an easy fix through calling the phone number and requesting the code, which was different. Overall it was a very nice stay and an enjoyable time. I hope to stay there again in the future and will recommend that others should to if they find themselves vacationing in the pagosa springs area

The location is perfect. Loved the sound of the river and geese flying by in the mornings. Clean, accommodating, and even quickly responsive when the door lock battery failed. Looking forward to getting back to relax. Thank you.

Perfect location and beautiful views of the river and sunset. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 6+. We did run out of hot water every time someone showered, but the heat worked great and we made a cozy fire with all the stocked wood. We plan to return in the summer for fishing and hiking!
