This is the best air bnb I’ve stayed in; every aspect of it felt like a well curated, cozy home and the back porch was incredible. We could see the milky way at night because the stars were so clear and there was no light pollution. Will absolutely visit again!

We absolutely loved this stay. Pagosa is just a gorgeous place in general. The view was incomparable. Some of our favorite moments were sitting together on the back deck watching storms in the distance form over the mountains at dusk and seeing rainbows. In late July the rivers are not full enough to white water raft; however we thoroughly enjoyed Piedra trail and swimming in the river near the bluffs. Paddleboarding at Williams Creek Reservior, hiking up to Opal Lake and passing through the apsens, and horseback riding at Lobo Outfitters. Such a special time. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful, peaceful place with awesome views. We had everything we needed and the house was very clean. Lots of great places to eat and many nearby stores and things to do.

We can’t say enough about this home. It was so beautiful and felt so much like home. The views were amazing and the home had everything we needed for a week stay. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in for nights we stayed in to just relax. Hot tub was a plus for us after long days. We couldn’t have picked a better home to create such memories for our trip to Pagosa Springs! For sure a spot we would return again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The view is absolutely incredible! We loved hanging out at the place so much we skipped the hot springs and just used the hot tub and soaked in the views, especially for sunrise! Inside was soo clean, awesome mid-century modern decor!

Every detail of this home felt thoughtfully curated to create the perfect luxury mountain getaway. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and for sharing such a beautiful space with us.
