This condo is beautiful, tidy and cozy! We felt right at home as soon as we arrived after a long drive. It’s location is fantastic, easy to find and just a short drive from downtown, restaurants, and shops. The balcony offers a lovely, relaxing view of the golf course. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and provided excellent suggestions for dining and activities. There was no pet fee and our fur babies enjoyed their stay as well. We highly recommend this place and will certainly book again!

My husband and I just spent a week at this property with our dog, Finn. It was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and provided instructions and every needed amenity. We felt very welcomed. So nice that there was even a food mat and food dish for our dog! The views out the balcony were really nice. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was nice, but smelled of animal urine upon entry as the condo is carpeted. We had two dogs with us who could smell it too, we advised the rental company immediately. Also, there is mold on the shower tiles in the master bathroom that should be cleaned. Other than that, decent property for a decent price.

Was driving thru Colorado with family and had to re-plan my trip due to the closure of Black Canyon. Chanced upon this incredible little condo in Pagosa Springs. Brought back memories of my old apartment. It was so well kept and clean. Look down on a golf course with hot air balloon viewings every morning. Would have loved to stay couple of nights more and explore local attractions if we didn’t have a tight schedule. Thoroughly recommended and on my list of places to return to.

Loved the unit. Beautiful. Plenty of room. Comfortable. This unit had everything we needed. Loved the simple touches like tissue in every room, huge bath towels, laundry detergent, an iron (we never used it), blankets. The couch was so comfortable. Were able to watch hot air balloons from the balcony and catch a falling star as well. It is on the end of town but still close to restaurants and shops. Just a quick drive to the heart of Pagosa. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful condo. Very roomy and comfortable. We loved sitting on the terrace facing the golf course. It's nice that it's located between downtown and the upper Pagosa area. We walked to the Coyote Moon lounge and restaurant about a block away, where we enjoyed live music twice. It was great! We also walked to Feather your Nest Antiques (just to browse) and walked back with an armload of purchases. Other than those two places, a liquor store and a gas station, you have to drive anywhere you want to go. Fortunately, anything in Pagosa is no more than five minutes away.
