We loved the location right in between old Pagosa Springs and the newer side. Trucked back off the road just a bit. Very easy to get to anything. I would suggest bringing your own pillows, we wished we had bigger pillow then provided. And just like any condo, you can hear loud neighbors. Over all we would stay here again and we were happy with our choice!

Beautiful third floor condo in Pagosa Springs with pet friendly amenities. Very quiet area right by a golf course. Condo was as advertised and very clean. We stayed for two nights (Oct 11 and 12). Full kitchen, sofa sleeper bed if needed, deck, ROKU tv, basket of pet goodies, plenty of towels and blankets. Plenty of restaurants and hot springs within 5 miles. Excellent communication with the host. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

The condo was beautiful and very well stocked with supplies and amenities. The location was beautiful. Our first morning we enjoyed watching deer in the back yard. The kitchen was well stocked and we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was the mattress. It was really too firm and uncomfortable for us. But other than that, it was terrific!

Place was easy to find. Very clean. Bedroom was too small no place to hang clothes. Bed was too low to the floor and uncomfortable!

I enjoyed my stay overall. I loved my mornings drinking coffee on the balcony overlooking the golf course and gazebo with hummingbirds and butterflies flitting through the trees! I also appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere, but with it came a barking dog next door, which was the only downside to my stay.

We had an amazing experience in Pagosa Springs, CO, and our stay at the condo there made it even better. Our host was fantastic, she quickly addressed all of our concerns. The condo was perfectly clean, and everything was labeled and well-organized. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was a big plus for us as Texas residents. Pros: great kitchen, property was clean, and thank goodness for the elevator. Cons: bedroom was tiny, no place to put suitcases, the couch had zero cushion over the frame, and the walls were paper thin.

Great place and quiet building. Stunning surroundings. The only thing that made it a 4 star for us was the mattress/bed not very comfortable and sinks, the bed is also small if you’re tall like I am (6’3”). Otherwise great place to stay and would be great for long term stays as well very well equipped. Response: Thank you, Joshua, for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that you found the mattress uncomfortable. We actually replaced it just two months ago, so it’s disappointing to hear it didn’t meet your expectations. I completely understand how a full-size bed can feel small—especially for someone as tall as you. We do list all bed sizes clearly on our Airbnb listing to ensure guests have that information before booking, and I’d definitely recommend using the filter feature next time to help find a bed size that better suits your needs.
