Beautiful, well decorated, clean home in a peaceful neighborhood close to town. Loved the proximity to the hot springs, restaurants and hiking trails. Host was super responsive and home was better than the pictures making for a perfect midweek getaway.

Everything was as described, including the keyless entry. The property itself was beautiful and very well maintained. It's across from a lake, offering a beautiful view, and the windows are perfectly positioned for watching a stunning sunrise if you're up early enough. Everything in Pagosa is just a quick drive away, making this an ideal location. The house is stocked with all the essentials you need to cook a meal if you want to. Checkout was super easy, and overall, the place was excellent. If you're considering staying here, you'll be happy you clicked reserve! The only issue I had was that the WiFi was unplugged when I arrived, which threw me off for a sec, but it wasn't a big deal once I plugged the router back in.

Beautiful house, worth the price if you’re sharing it with other people. I wouldn’t count on the communication. It looks like they have everything set to avoid having to take care of the rental. Everything inside the house has labels and the number of items that have to be in each drawer! It didn’t bother us that much to be left alone.

We had a wonderful time visiting Pagosa Springs. The house is located in a beautiful spot next to the lake and also close to the city center. Every day we admired the breathtaking view of the lake and autumn trees. Early in the morning, we saw several deer near the house. The house is very spacious, cozy, clean, beautifully designed, and has all the necessary accessories for the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. There are shampoos, conditioners, body washes, and normal-sized hair dryers. There are enough closets and dressers in the bedrooms. The kitchen has stickers on the drawers to make it easier to find items. It would be great if there was a little more lighting in the area above the dining table. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this house and stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and we enjoyed the decor inside and the beautiful view from the porch. We enjoyed watching the birds, deer and foxes roam around. The week we stayed the temperatures were in the 90’s and the house would get pretty warm in the evenings (even after opening doors), which was slightly uncomfortable. Other than that we had a good experience and would recommend to others!
