This Airbnb was perfectly located in downtown pagosa. We were minutes away from all of the downtown activities and hot springs. The place was so cute and clean.

Great place, well decorated and comfortable. All needed amenities and a great stay for dogs. Had a closed up feeling/smell when I got there but opened the windows and was good by next morning. It is on the corner of a neighborhood turn with lots of morning and evening truck traffic, not fast just slightly loud. But the neighbors were quiet and nice. All and all a great affordable and comfortable place to stay with your family and pets.

Very clean, cozy, and comfortable! We loved the yard space for our dog, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook most of our meals. The location was perfect, close to the river park, hot springs, and several great local hikes. The private hot tub and large couch for movie nights made our evenings especially relaxing. We’d definitely love to stay here again!

Upon our arrival, we were immediately disappointed by the evident lack of property and yard maintenance. The interior of the house presented a strong, persistent odor and significant dust accumulation, making for an unwelcoming atmosphere. There is a definite issue with spiders within the home. There are also several safety concerns, as there is a window in the front of the house that is unsecured, and the back door has significant damage that prohibits it closing completely. The central location was a positive aspect.

Comfortable house with comfortable beds! Kitchen was well equipped and the hot tub was clean! No problems at all, the outside isn’t great but as they said, it’s a work in progress. All in all a great experience! Thank You!

I stayed here for turkey opener with a few friends and our dog and had a wonderful time. Best part was easily the hot tub which we put to full use after each day in the mountains. It was very tidy and organized with helpful instructions in opportune parts of the house. The overall accomodations were as described. The neighborhood is very walkable and close to restaurants off main street. The yard was also an added plus for canine companion. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This home was very quiet and homey. You can tell that every piece in the house was thoughtfully selected and intentional. The area is really quiet, some neighbors enjoyed music during the day but by the evening it was quiet again. We had some deer visitors and we loved watching them in the mornings. The hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring. We did learn that if you want it to be warmer you need to turn it up during the day and let it warm up before the evening. Also, if you have smaller dogs the back yard isn't well lit so we ended up using the front yard.

Great place to stay. Very close to the charming part of town. 30 mins from Wolf Creek for skiing so couldn’t be better. The hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our family! It was super close to the local grocery store which really came in handy when we ran out of diapers lol but also super close to downtown so going out and eating at restaurants and checking out. The town was super convenient. Also, it’s basically right across the street from the Springs resort which was awesome. Highly recommend staying here, would definitely book here again!
