Pet Friendly Home Uptown Pagosa Springs

My family makes the trip from Northern CO to Pagosa a couple times a year to visit family and spend time outside. The home was a great location, homey setup, that was peaceful and very clean! The beds were a touch uncomfy but everything else was perfect. We look forward to staying here again! Response: Thank you so much! The place was just like the pictures. The backyard was wonderful for the dogs. Just for info master bed was soft. Nice to have garage access for vehicle. Close to everything. There is construction in downtown Pagosa Springs on the road makes downtown very miserable right now. We did run into an issue with communicating for an hr early checkin. We messaged on site and through text 24 hours in advance. We kept asking for a reply and kept getting we are waiting for our team to respond. We got a text message, literally 5 minutes before requested early checkin with a payment site.

My family and I had an amazing stay. The house was equipped with everything needed. Between many towels and a kitchen with any piece of cookware you can think of we felt right at home. The home itself was clean and welcoming. The hot tub was a great bonus and it was very clean and cared for. I want to give the Simply Home team a shoutout because upon checkout I left a diamond necklace and they were so kind to help get it back to me. I am so appreciative and thankful! I would stay here again or any Simply homes.

This house is one of the best we've stayed at in Pagosa Springs so far. I love that everything was labeled and we could easily find everything we needed. From hot chocolate, coffee, and tea, to throw blankets, to hot springs towels, to laundry detergent, to notepads... everything was there! I also liked that the main bedroom was on the first floor as was the living room and kitchen. Though the house is pet friendly, we did not have pets. The house was super clean and smelled great, and the only evidence we could see of pets was a canister with a few pet supplies and a sign about keeping dogs quiet for the neighbors. The host was very communicative and easy to work with. The location is also in close proximity to several of our favorite restaurants. We would definitely return!

This was our first time doing renting this way. I did not know about all the extra charges. we paid $180.00 in cleaning fee, yet you asked if we would start the cleaning, I know it was said it was a suggestion but I felt we should do all those things. And check out was 10am? I'm not saying it was bad experience Im just saying we found out, renting a house is not fit us.
