Clean overall but dated inside. It had nice views but I wish we could have took more advantage of them. There is no a/c which for certain times in CO is ok but not during our stay. Temp got up to 84 in house. We had to keep all the blinds shut and windows open at night once it started to cool, shut them once it got warm and then started all over the next day.

We had a great stay. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. Nice views of the mountains and we even saw a couple hot air balloons. We came on Easter weekend and it was very quiet. This may be the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great spot in Pagosa. About a 35 minute drive to wolf creek if you don’t hit traffic. Beds were super comfortable and nice! Great place, would stay again.

Property is dated, but clean and lots of space. Blinds are difficult to let down, but functional. Fireplaces are great. Kitchen utensils are plentiful, but had to go get coffee from the market. Host communication was ok, but felt like AI much of the time. Views were spectacular as described. Location is good, a bit outside of the main town, so quiet and relaxing. No great outdoor space to sit, but there is a bench by the front door.

We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and this townhouse was absolutely perfect. It was incredibly spacious, the view was beautiful, and we felt right at home. The location was ideal—about 30 minutes from Wolf Creek and just a few minutes from restaurants and grocery stores, which made everything so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

I had my family winter vacation, first time at this place. This place it is clean, beautiful view and the host gave us all the instructions easy to follow. I will come back to this place and I’m sharing it with my friends and others. Not expensive and Walmart is 3 min away. Hot springs are 7 min away. Perfect location.

This place was so good! The mattresses were so comfortable after a long day of walking around Silverton, Telluride, Durango and going to the Hot springs. The views looking out from the living room and bedrooms were unreal! The deer that came up to the back were super magical. The condo itself was huge and just perfect enough for us! We will definitely be back!

This place was really great! The beds were comfortable, and it was enough space to spread out. We were there during a flood, so we spent a good part of our trip inside. But this was a nice place to crash for a few days. Nice views, quick drive to town, and had everything we needed!
