Pet-Friendly & Hot Tub Home

We stayed over MDW and really enjoyed the space. The location was great, and our dogs enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood and hanging out in the backyard watching the deer. Some of the appliances are rather worn (mainly the dishwasher and the oven) and in need of replacement. We didn’t cook much so not a huge deal, but we did wash everything by hand before and after using it as the dishwasher had a gnarly smell. Hot tub was clean and we used it most nights. Host was responsive and very accommodating, would absolutely stay here again!

What a wonderfl home away from home. We had a great time in Pagosa. The house is close enough to town, hikin out the back door, quiet, clean and well stocked house of everything you need. We will be coming back to this house again.

Really nice place especially staying with my dog and having a fenced in backyard. There are also easily accessible walking paths to take them for a walk. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the hot tub was nice to have. Would certainly stay again!

We had a lovely time. The location was excellent and a short ride from grocery stores and restaurants. Beautiful views and abundant wildlife. It's within walking distance of the lakes. Very clean! The beds were soft, the kitchen was well stocked with many utentils and, the hot-tub was hot. No complaints!

The listing said that it was a luxury home! The king bed has a foam topper on the mattress! That’s not luxury! The other two beds were not better! I cook for the holidays and the oven is horrible! A luxury home has a decent place to cook! The grill is laughable! If I would have cooked for more than the 3 of us it would have been almost impossible! I have never seen that small of a grill! The hot tub was nasty when we set in it the first night and they did come and fix that, but the next night the heater quit working! We figured out that you have to leave it on 104 degrees, which is too hot for me! If you turn the heater down any it quits heating and then resets itself at some point and it’s back to 104! It’s crazy!! We come to snowboard 3 times every year and we have stayed at a few places more than once but I will not be staying here again! It’s way to expensive for what it is

I would definitely stay here again. It was very homey and welcoming, as well as cleaner than some hotels I have stayed at. The hot tub was very clean and comfortable and had nice views. The backyard is very secure and our dog normally nervous was very comfortable just hanging out. My only pause to a total five stars was the fact the microwave didn’t work (they did offer to replace during our stay but we choose to wait as to not disturb our stay) and the air intake cover was dirty. Definitely a must stay.

I have very few problems with the home itself. However the booking company Simply is terrible. First we inquired about an early check in and was told only if we paid another fee per hour. They have signs all over about fees if you leave the grill dirty, if you make too much noise, etc. The house was dusty and dirty including hair on the pillows and in the shower. The hot tub was unusable for most of our stay. The water was green and after sending a repair man out the temperature didn’t come back up for two more days. Their communication is slow and their response to the hot tub not working was to take a shower before using it. At which point we hadn’t been in it at all. I would look for another company to rent from. If the homeowner is reading this, I would suggest swapping to someone other than Simply.
