This Townhome was truly awesome! Wonderf Location! The deck is where we spent most of our time. It has beautiful views of the mountains! The home was spotless! Kitchen had anything you needed. Beds & pillows were extremely comfortable. We used the shower near the kitchen because I took the first shower in that one and the water pressure was amazing! What I despise, is that check in is 4, and check out is 10. That's some disrespect! It's already a bummer when you can't get in until 4 and have a normal check out of 11am, but they make you leave even an hour earlier, even though they have a one hour later check in at 4pm.....They offer flexibility.... for a charge, which also bugs when they have shortened hours compared to a standard AIRBNB with check in at 3 and out at 10, or in at 4 and out at 11.... Other than that Wack policy the home itself plus all things they provide were awesome.

The house was wonderful! Beds were nice, very clean, good location, and good layout. We appreciated having a garage to park in also! The fireplace is very tricky to figure out and the downstairs stayed pretty chilly. Other than that it was a great stay and we look forward to coming back!

Loved the townhome. Location is on the far side of Pagosa Springs but very close to Walmart and a local grocery store. About a 10-15 minute drive to downtown and the springs and around 35-45 minutes to Wolf Creek Ski Area, if there is no traffic. The neighborhood has plenty of sidewalks for walking and was very quiet. The townhouse was perfect for my family, 2 adults and 2 older teenagers. The provided grill is charcoal, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking appliances you could need, including a crockpot, which was a nice benefit. The rooms are very comfortable, and each has its own bathroom and plenty of closet space. There is no Central A/C in the unit but there is a portable A/C in the living room for summer stays but was not an issue in the wintertime. Make sure you are proficient with your streaming services as there was no antenna on the television for local channels. We loved at the unit allows pets and our family had a great time using this townhome as our base camp in Pagosa Springs.

I have hesitated to write this review because we really liked the property & location. And would love to stay there again. Unfortunately, there is a possible gas leak. The night we arrived the fireplace wouldn't turn on & then suddenly turned on on its own. Then one of our party showered & got 2 min of hot water. Property manager sent someone over said everything was fine. Throughout the stay the fireplace turned on randomly & we did NOT have HOT WATER. We had plumbers & the gas company there multiple days (note we had to be there when all of this was happening). Christimas Eve-woken up by drilling at 8am. In talking to the plumber he stated this was a KNOWN issue that the owner was aware of & had been trying to fix. Most of the time one or the other of us was feeling sick. On our final night there, we were using the oven, & I went in the laundry room & smelled an intense gas smell. We turned off the oven & it went away. We had used the oven multiple times before this but no one had gone in the laundry room. Best guess? Every time we used the oven it was leaking gas into the house. We were offered alternative accomodations after four days, but it was on Christmas Eve and in a significnatly different location. Which we declined not realizing there may be an active gas leak. We were told they would "make the situation right". It has been 2 weeks & it has not been made right. This is a wonderful property & location. But it should not be rented until this is fixed.

Luxury property. Fantastic views. Located near shops, stores, and entertainment. Communications were timely, accurate, and kind. We enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons that landed across the street.

This place is cute, cozy, and roomy! The beds were comfortable and stocked with extra sheets and pillows, and we appreciated the plenty of closet space which made it easy to unpack and feel settled. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, allowing us to easily whip up a delicious chicken Alfredo dinner for 24+ hungry wrestlers – a testament to its spaciousness and utility! Our French Bulldog also felt right at home, which was a huge plus. We loved watching hot air balloon rides happen right outside from the comfort of the balcony, and the proximity to the cutest Mexican pottery store was another delightful discovery. Beyond the fantastic amenities, the attention to detail truly stood out. The home was fully stocked with toiletries and cleaning supplies, ensuring we had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and found the local people to be incredibly friendly.

The only thing I would say is the master bathroom shower head needs cleaned so the water would spray better had to use the guest bathroom so water would rinse my hair. But other than that the place and everything was AMAZING!!! Thank you!!!

What a great place in a beautiful spot! Was perfect to host 6 of us! Very accommodating and comfortable. 10 minutes drive to downtown and the springs. We saw lots of wildlife with a beautiful fox in the backyard and great views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend!

Location of the home was great. Beautiful views from the living and master bedroom but also very close to amenities and restaurants. Home was nice and clean with a kitchen well equipped for cooking and with a few basic spices and condiments. Bedrooms were really nice, and a bathroom in each one was a bonus. Most of the living space is upstairs so as long as you are good with that I'd highly recommend this as a superb, pet friendly, rental home.

Would definitely stay here again. The view out of the living room was great. There was plenty or room for our group. Kitchen was well equipped and large. The house was close to the store and a couple restaurants. Less than10 minutes to downtown and about 30-40 to Wolf Creek.

The location and views of Pagosa Peak are fantastic! The townhouse is lovely, and the bed was comfortable. I feel like the property management company could do a through walk thru, as there were carbon monoxide detectors not working, and thermostats not working properly. The unit has radiant heat, and the primary bedroom was stuck at 86 degrees! Property management ask for a picture of the thermostat, which I sent; and I received no reply on the matter.
